Job summary

Gan Chev in Gananoque, Ontario is seeking a customer-focused shuttle driver to support service operations. You will provide exceptional service, pick up and drop off customers by appointment, and record trips using the Service Pick Up Form.

You will notify service advisors of vehicle concerns, report maintenance needs, complete accident reports with photos of pre-existing damage, transport customers and dealership items, inspect shuttle vehicles before/after shifts, and maintain clean interiors

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Picking up and dropping off customers according to appointments and schedules
• Recording all customer pickups and drop-offs using the Service Pick Up Form
• Notifying Service Advisors of vehicle concerns or required repairs
• Reporting maintenance needs as identified
• Completing accident reports for any incidents and ensuring management sign-off
• Taking photos of any pre-existing damage and completing damage reports upon vehicle return
• Transporting customers, vehicles, packages, and dealership materials as required
• Inspecting courtesy and shuttle vehicles before and after shifts, including lights, brakes, windshield wipers, tire pressure, mileage, fuel levels, and any damage
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Demonstrating behaviours consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
