Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate recreation programs for residents.
• Collaborate with the Regional Recreation Program Manager and health care team.
• Adapt activities to residents’ abilities and needs and document outcomes.
• Maintain safety and infection control as per policy.
• Support program development and continuous quality improvement.
