Under the direction of the Director of the Finance and Administration, the Casual Receptionist provides front-line administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations of the Band Office. This position plays a key role in welcoming community members, visitors and partners in a respectful and professional manner that reflects the values and culture of Biigtigong Nishnaabeg.
This is an on-call position, with hours dependent on the needs of the office which are determined by covering staff absences, busy periods, meetings or events. Must be available on short notice. Work is primarily conducted in an office environment and may involve sitting for extended periods.
