Job summary

Extendicare in City of Leduc, Alberta is seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant to support meal service, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Familiar with commercial kitchens.
• Ability to read and write English as well as understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
• Must be able to do moderate to heavy lifting.
• Successful candidate must be available to workdays, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
• Must be available to work every second weekend.
• Perfect Attendance is a must as well as a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
