Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services across clinical settings with goals and outcomes defined with clients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and health professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate on independent living skills.
• Coordinate rehabilitative services with home care and community resources.
• Maintain records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
