Job summary

Park Place Senior Living Inc. is seeking an LPN Team Leader to ensure residents' well-being through high-quality nursing services aligned with policies and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc.

The LPN Team Leader will provide basic assessment, treatments, personal care, and medication administration while directing Care Staff and supporting the interdisciplinary team. Experience with English communication and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be physically fit to perform lifting and transferring and stand long periods.
• Clear criminal record clearance including Vulnerable Sector check (no more than 6 months old).
• Appropriately dressed – nursing uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to Residents.
• Provide support and direction to Care Staff.
• Demonstrate adherence to Park Place policies and maintain professional conduct.

• The LPN Team Leader will provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to the Residents, as well as providing support and give direction to the Care Staff. The LPN Team Leader will at all times demonstrate support of Park Place policies and procedures and conduct themselves in a professional manner in all situations.

Qualifications: LPN registered with C.L.P.N.A.
