AgeCare South Terrace in Edmonton is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver goal-directed, patient-centered nursing care under provincial standards. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will work within an interdisciplinary team to support residents' dignity and well-being.
This role involves assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with physicians, families, and care providers.
