Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with BrightPath’s standards to support child development.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs; discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, management, and families.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Keep classroom materials organized and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
