Chinook School Division is seeking applications for Casual Bus Driver positions throughout the division at the following locations:

• Swift Current (Non-Union) - 4 positions
• Consul (Non-Union) - 1 position
• Eastend (Non-Union) - 1 position
• Fox Valley (CUPE) - 2 positions
• Leader (Non-Union) - 3 positions
• Maple Creek (CUPE) - 1 position

Casual employees work on an "as-needed" basis, with flexibility to select locations and shifts. They receive competitive wages and benefits, including pension contributions. Training opportunities may be available to equip employees with necessary skills.

• Attach a signed SGI Driver Abstract Authorization form.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
• Following a conditional offer, candidates must obtain their "S Endorsement".

S Endorsement Process:

• Obtain a driver handbook from SGI or the transportation department.
• Submit a medical exam to SGI.
• Book and pass the written exam and road test with SGI.
• Complete driver training with Chinook’s Driver Assessor.
• Submit the "S" Endorsement certification to Human Resources.
