The Position

As a Banquet Server, your role involves providing excellent food service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at banquet functions and events
• Prepare and maintain food and beverage presentation
• Set up banquet facilities for various events
• Handle monetary transactions and balance floats
• Meet guest requests and provide superior customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in food service and cash handling is an asset
• Experience in concessions, catering, or event setup is an asset
• Outgoing personality and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• French language skills are an asset

Additional Requirements

• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Maintain a positive safety attitude
