Qualifications

  • Must obtain valid Gaming Registration and Serve It Right certification.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and passionate professional to join our team as a Dealer Supervisor . The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge, skills, and abilities to support the company’s vision, mission, and values.If you're passionate about the gaming industry and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor dealers and maintain game integrity in an assigned area

Ensure compliance with game limits and manage cash / value transactions

Assign and adjust dealer rotations and shift work as required

Provide input for coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback

Support the implementation of strategic plans for table games

Request and verify fills, credits, float transactions, and tips

Respond to and resolve or escalate issues, including irregularities and suspicious activity

Assist with player seating and manage waiting lists

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth workflow

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, health and safety standards, and all relevant legislation

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience is an asset

Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of table games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold’em)

Minimum 1 year of experience in table games dealing and supervising

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent mathematical accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming Registration and Serve It Right certification

Job Type : Part-Time

Pay : $18.70 – $20.90 per hour
