Grey Eagle Resort & Casino seeks a Line Cook (1st Cook) to join their dynamic kitchen team. The role involves preparing diverse meals under the supervision of the Executive Chef in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in high-volume food service and relevant culinary education.

Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Shift Supervisor, the Line Cook prepares a variety of hot and cold meals for sale and service to casino customers, both internal and external, during assigned shifts. The role requires adherence to safe work practices, frequent standing and walking, and concentration when preparing orders. Leadership qualities are also valued to assist with the development of Prep Cooks and Kitchen Helpers. The position may involve lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.
