Job summary

Bulk Barn in Edmonton is seeking a Store Cashier/Stock Clerk to create a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, manage the cash register with honesty, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

This role requires a friendly attitude, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability for a flexible schedule with mornings, days, and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to communicate clearly with shoppers.

• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and trustworthy in handling cash and confidential information.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stock shelves as needed.

Position Summary

A Store Cashier/Stock Clerk acts as the company’s front line contact with customers, and plays an integral role in the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Manage transactions and the cash register with honesty and integrity
• Stock and re-stock shelves and products
• Clean and maintain store appearance
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type:Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule:Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
