Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including refunds and exchanges
• Manage shift change procedures, including cash counting
• Use equipment to process specialty transactions like money orders, credit card sales, and lottery
• Check IDs to enforce age restrictions
• Maintain stock levels and organize shelves
• Sanitize equipment and work areas regularly
• Manage trash and cleanliness
• Check in vendor deliveries and stock shelves appropriately
• Resolve issues with damaged merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ in certain states; 21+ in others
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
