Position Summary: To process transactions and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.

What You'll Do:

• Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Process all purchase transactions efficiently, including deactivation of merchandise with respect to the EAS Program.
• Promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
• Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
• Maintain register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to policies, and awareness of surroundings.
• Refer complex service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Age - 16 or older.
