Job summary

RONA in Port-Cartier is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, handle transactions, and keep checkout areas clean and organized. You will balance cash reports and ensure loss prevention policies are followed while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role also involves assisting customers, working on your feet, occasionally outdoors, and participating in training programs and staff development.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and occasional outdoor work.
• Experience with cash registers is an asset.

Your role:
