Job summary

RONA is seeking a friendly and reliable store associate in the Montérégie region to greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the checkout area organized. You’ll balance cash at the end of shifts and ensure store policies are followed, all while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and participate in a team that supports customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficiently.

• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods, and occasionally outdoors.
• Experience with cash register systems is an asset.

• Keep all checkout work stations clean and uncluttered.
• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health and safety policies.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
