Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite & friendly manner.
• Process all purchase transactions accurately and efficiently, including EAS deactivation.
• Promote sponsor programs (credit card service, product protection, charity initiatives).
• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
• Maintain safe work practices and keep a clean work area.
• Maintain register security and cash handling per policy.
• Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
