Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a customer service associate to support health, beauty and convenience offerings in the local community. You will maintain an organized checkout area, greet customers, scan items, handle cash, coupons, lottery and PC Optimum, and ensure accurate records and compliance with store policies.

• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines.
• Complies with all health and safety regulations; store policies and procedures.
• Ensures housekeeping and image standards are maintained.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers

• Ensures proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goods
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e., facing, signing, labeling, etc)

Loss Prevention

• Ensures loss prevention Standards are followed
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory

General

• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all store policies and procedures
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
• Perform other duties as required
