2. Scan items and handle transactions.
3. Receive payment for goods or services and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
4. Suggestive selling to customers.
5. Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of the counter area.
6. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
7. Wrap or bag merchandise for customers.
8. Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
