Typical workday

With support from the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to make shopping enjoyable and memorable
• Suggesting complementary products before checkout
• Handling transactions accurately at the cash register
• Explaining return policies clearly
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Maintaining a clean work area and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
• Following policies and procedures of head office departments (training provided)
• Performing additional duties to support the team as needed
