Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Prince Albert, SK is hiring a Cashier to join our team. You will operate a cash register, share product knowledge, stock and present the department, and ensure a safe, friendly checkout experience for customers.

Shift times are 7:00am–4:00pm, 18–24 hours per week. Prior retail customer service experience is an asset. Join a team that values service, people and integrity, with perks including weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication.
• Willingness to follow store procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile for customers and teammates.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Share product knowledge with customers to assist purchases.
• Ensure the department is well stocked and presented.
• Maintain fresh and attractive product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

We are hiring for a Cashier at our location in Prince Albert, SK.

Shift times are 7:00am - 4:00pm.

18-24 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
