Typical workday

Under the support of the store management, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and efficient service to make shopping enjoyable and memorable
• Suggesting complementary products before checkout
• Handling transactions carefully and accurately
• Explaining return policies clearly
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring you have necessary supplies
• Following policies and procedures of head office departments (training provided)
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed
