Job summary

RONA is looking for a Store Associate to join our store administration team in Grande Prairie. You will greet customers, process transactions, and keep checkout areas organized to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll balance cash reports at the end of shifts, follow loss-prevention and health & safety policies, and support teammates with a positive, customer-focused attitude. Experience with cash registers is an asset, and you should be comfortable working on your feet outdoors when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods, and occasionally working outdoors.
• Experience with cash register systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures regarding loss prevention as well as health and safety.
