Overview

The Cashier is responsible for performing a range of duties professionally, accurately, and promptly. The role involves providing friendly and efficient customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining cash-handling procedures in line with company policies. The Cashier also contributes to a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Job Description

1. Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
2. Process customer transactions efficiently.
3. Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies.
4. Operate the Customer Service Desk, handling lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and inquiries as required.
5. Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.
6. Maintain merchandise in the Front End Department.
7. Assist other departments and functions as needed.
8. Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
9. Perform other duties as required.

2. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
