Nature's Fare Markets is seeking a Cash and Office Department Manager in West Kelowna to lead a busy front-of-house and cash office. You will manage cash procedures, supervise team members, and partner with store leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and accurate daily operations.

You will drive onboarding, training, and performance coaching while upholding Nature’s Fare values inside a fast-paced grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous cash experience.
• Experience managing people is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and technology skills.
• Passion for organic food and retail.
• Ability to work weekend and closing shifts as part of a 40-hour schedule.

Responsabilités

• Manages all cash and office duties within the store.
• Leads team member development and HR documentation.
• Oversees daily operations and cash handling procedures.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Promotes Nature’s Fare values and engagement.
