Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. The management of the assigned projects and/or cases.
  2. Adherence to the general company processes.
  3. Telephone support, including implementing call-centre programs for patient, healthcare professional, and funding bodies, focusing on funding and access issues, compliance programs, and providing support through outbound calls.
  4. Administer and follow case-management protocols: clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, therapy monitoring, adverse event reporting, and liaising with healthcare providers.
  5. Conduct market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other health professionals related to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
  6. Document activities in the specific database for each program.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and specialized courses as deemed necessary.
  8. Provide feedback on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
  9. Communicate clearly with managers and colleagues regarding case management during absences.
  10. Assist in training new team members, including shadowing and call monitoring.
  11. Report all adverse events to the relevant departments.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Broad training in fields like business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of automated warehouse systems.
  • Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.

The successful candidate may have daily contact with English-speaking customers, patients, or cross-functional team members.
