PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The management of the assigned projects and / or cases.
  • Adherence to the general company processes.
  • Telephone support, including implementing call-centre programs for patient, healthcare professional, and funding bodies, focusing on funding / access issues, compliance programs.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, and adverse event reporting.
  • Implement pharmaceutical and biotech market research initiatives with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Manage out-bound calls based on casework methods.
  • Document activities in the program-specific database.
  • Participate in ongoing training and product-specific courses.
  • Provide feedback on protocols, database, and processes.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Report all adverse events to the appropriate units.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Broad training in business, sales, marketing, IT, or similar, typically a two-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year in customer service.
  • Bilingual (French / English) is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; experience in medical / pharmaceutical fields is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Understanding of warehouse systems.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Office programs.

The successful candidate may interact daily with English-speaking customers, patients, or cross-functional teams.
