$21-25/hr

Elwyn is currently seeking aCase Manager to serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing your skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to (ACCS) clients under the clinical supervision of the team leader, assistant team leader, and other mental health professionals. A team member equally shares the responsibility to perform various activities and interventions that support (ACCS) clients in the community.
