Job Details

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Determines ongoing entitlement to benefits and services related to the compensable injury.
  2. Provides compassionate and supportive services to injured workers to ensure a successful recovery and return to work.
  3. Builds strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  4. Manages case plans through a collaborative and dynamic approach which considers individual merits and circumstances.

Your Background and Experience:

  1. University degree, preferably in Health Care, Social Sciences or a related area.
  2. Must have 3 years of experience with responsibilities for an assigned client-centered caseload.
  3. You must also have experience making decisions that impact an individual case.

  2. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, and displays professionalism in your everyday work.
  3. Can manage time effectively and prioritizes your workload.
