How You’ll Make a Difference

Case Managers oversee client files and are responsible for maintaining high-quality client service while efficiently moving cases toward resolution or litigation. They collaborate with Client Care Specialists, lawyers, legal assistants, and other team members to enhance our services and client experience. A key aspect of this role is to provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction – we aim to deliver memorable client experiences and be known for our commitment to service excellence.

You Will:

  • Manage client files from initial meeting to final payment
  • Find ways to simplify processes and reduce client stress
  • Accelerate file resolution to improve cash flow and client satisfaction
  • Maintain high client satisfaction levels while managing a caseload
  • Educate team members on effective communication with external insurance adjusters
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and defense lawyers to facilitate faster claim resolution
  • Review client records and evidence to identify key information
  • Complete quantum assessments and proposals
  • Assist with obtaining client instructions and support settlement negotiations
  • Eliminate waste, reduce disbursements, and ensure efficient file management

Who You Are

  • Experienced in claims management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Have 1+ years of claims adjusting experience in Bodily Injury or Casualty claims
  • Skilled in working with clients and external parties
  • Proactive, resourceful, with strong analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic about office culture, with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management, professionalism, and discretion
