Intensive Youth and Family Worker supports vulnerable youth who need support to improve their resilience, skills, relationships, connections to resources, and readiness for independence. In this role you will collaborate closely with participants, MCFD, and family members or natural supports to help youth identify and accomplish their goals. We meet youth where they are at and provide one-on-one or group-based supports in office and in the community.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Hours: 27 hours per week, flexible schedule Monday to Friday between 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Rate of Pay: $24.13/hour
