The Case Management Specialist is responsible for managing the employee disability case management process and facilitating the return-to-work process for employees who have experienced work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses. This role ensures a smooth transition back to the workplace by coordinating accommodations, modified duties, and rehabilitation plans in collaboration with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. The successful candidate will thrive in a structured environment that requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to navigate complex systems and legislation, consistent application of established processes, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is scheduled for 20 hours per week, to be worked Monday through Friday during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with specific scheduling and availability coordinated with the role’s manager.

Education: (Minimum Required): A diploma or degree is desirable or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience.
