Downtown Vancouver

Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking a Case Coordinator to join a Financial Company. The office is located in Downtown Vancouver and this will be a 6 month contract, and you can work on a Hybrid basis.

Your new responsibilities :

• Under direction from the producers, orders & compiles supporting materials to assist in underwriting including medicals, motor vehicle reports and Attending Physician Statements as required
• Monitors the progress of applications through underwriting and policy issue &
• Responds to the interactions between insurance carrier underwriters and the client to assist in the issuing of policies
• Prepares the policy for delivery to the client
• Services policy owners including but not limited to payment reminders, past due notices, and NSF’s

What you'll need to succeed :

• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills (a writing test will be provided)
• Administration experience is a must
• Experience working in an Insurance company is an asset
