Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and caring Montessori‑trained educator who is highly organized, self‑motivated, and eager to inspire young learners. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and compassionate, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑lead a Casa Montessori classroom, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching partners and staff to support student development.
• Guide students using Montessori principles, encouraging independence and curiosity.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to support learning goals.
• Adapt to challenges, problem‑solve, and plan lessons in a structured yet flexible manner.
• Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom that reflects Montessori philosophy.
