Job summary

Walmart Canada in Waterdown, Ontario is seeking a Stockperson / Cartpusher to keep our lot and store perimeter organized and safe. You will collect shopping carts from corrals and return them to storage while assisting customers with friendly service.

This role requires physical work, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with strict safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive stocking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and return shopping carts to storage areas using Walmart procedures; complete required logs.
• Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins and verify receipts when required.
• Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance, including restrooms, following safety guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines.
• Wear PPE such as steel toe footwear and reflective vest; conduct safety sweeps as needed.
