Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Dieppe, NB is seeking a Stockperson / Cartpusher to help maintain a safe, organized shopping environment and assist customers with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

You will collect shopping carts from corrals and the parking lot, return them to storage, respond to customer needs at registers, assist with carry outs, and perform light cleaning following Walmart procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service Operations by collecting carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and store perimeter; return them to designated storage areas.
• Respond to customer and store needs, assist with carry outs and verify receipts when required.
• Maintain clean facilities and equipment including restrooms and general areas; follow chemical handling and disposal guidelines.
• Follow safety standards and procedures including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines.
• Promote a safe work environment by using PPE and adhering to company policies.
