What You Will Do

• Clean carpet/furniture with green solutions on customers premises, using hand brushes, determining washing method according to condition of carpet/furniture
• Vacuum carpets/furniture to remove loose dirt
• Spray carpet/furniture with cleaning solution
• Remove excess suds water from carpet/furniture during scrubbing operation, using extractor
• Identify persistent stains and selects spotting agent to remove stain according to type of fiber, dye and stain
• Rinse carpet/furniture using extractor to remove excess water
• Remove water and chemicals from carpet extractor machine and clean, replace hoses and cords to proper storage positions
• load and unload equipment for transportation to and from customers location
  
  
  

What You Have

• 1 year of experience/knowledge of carpet cleaning (custodial experience beneficial)
• Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract
• Clean Criminal Record Check
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Able to work alone or with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift industrial fans 30-40 lbs
• Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers 75-100 lbs
• knowledge of construction and basic building supplies
