Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Carpenter’s Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our skilled carpenters in various construction and renovation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry field.

Location: Marathon

Job Type: Seasonal (May – September with possibility of extension)

Salary: Pay to commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Carry and transport materials and tools to and from the worksite.
• Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry or construction is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite (not mandatory).
