Job description

Carpenter (Multi-Skilled Tradesperson) – Prince George
  • Prince George, BC

Compensation: $32 – $34/hour (full-time / permanent)

At On Side, Carpenters rebuild and restore damaged personal property following disasters. Multi-Skilled Tradespeople utilize skills in carpentry, drywalling, painting, and more to restore properties to pre-disaster conditions. Your work helps clients recover and feel confident again.

The multi-talented Carpenter is skilled in:

  • Rough and trim carpentry
  • Drywall repairs: taping, mudding, sanding, finishing
  • Painting: walls, ceilings, trim
  • Ceiling installation, knockdown, texturing
  • Insulation and vapour barrier installation
  • Door installation
  • Trim, moldings, baseboards
  • Cabinetry
  • Repairs to wooden structures
  • Framing

Note: Due to the nature of disaster response, a rotating schedule with 24/7 on-call work is required.
