DEPARTMENT: Construction

JOB SUMMARY: Assists with all phases of general construction. Performs carpentry and all general construction tasks in accordance with the UBC and other established tribal building procedures, policies and regulations.

COMPENSATION: $23.25/hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

1. One (1) year of experience in framing houses or commercial buildings, siding, setting windows, hanging doors and sheet rock.

Completion of the Tulalip TERO TVTC Course can be substituted for experience. (Certificate Required)

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

1. WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
2. Tulalip TERO TVTC Certification preferred.
3. Must be able to pass an Agility exam to determine if physically capable of performing job duties.
4. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
