Position Summary
Under the direction of the Civil Superintendent, the Lead Hand is responsible as the lead member of the crew in the absence of the Foreperson and is required to manage the production and efficiency of the crew. The Lead Hand assists the Foreperson with daily organization and control of labour, equipment and materials to ensure the delivery of a high standard of HSE, quality and productivity is maintained by the crew.
NAC is currently seeing a Carpenter / Formsetter Lead hand, for various Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects initially at our Lakeshore WWTP in Innisfil, ON. Furnished accommodations provided to qualified non-local candidates.
