Are you an experienced Maintenance Assistant? Do you want to work in a NHS Trust? Are you based in Surrey?

Job Description:

• Undertake a range of building/decorating/carpenter joiner and general building craft duties, work procedures for installation, testing and validation, repair and routine maintenance of new, refurbished and existing equipment or fabric whilst at all times observing all relevant Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.
• Undertake inspection, maintenance and repair on fire doors and other specialist door sets/equipment such as access control locks, anti-barricade doors, anti-ligature ironmongery and anti-ligature/anti-vandal windows for which some additional training will be provided.
• Undertake other multi-skilling duties where skills, abilities and competence/training are appropriate for such and has been approved by supervisors such as but not limited to – fire compartmentation inspections, Asbestos check/inspection, unblocking drains etc.

Job Details:

• You will be paid £19.91ph on a 37.5 hour week.
• The role is 6-12 months temp to perm.
• You can be paid Umbrella or CIS.
