Location: Powell River/qathet Regional District

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Salary Or Wage: $30 to $45 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Type: Full Time

List of Requirements

• Experienced in forming, framing, and siding in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and best practices.
• Ability to problem solve, work on a team, communicate, and work unsupervised.
• Supply own tool belt, hand tools, and PPE.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean driving record.

List of Duties

• Forming of concrete footings, walls, and slabs. Specifically in ICF construction.
• Framing and assembling components in multi family buildings.
• Installing air barrier and siding systems.
• Working with others, supervising helpers to complete given projects.
