Night Bonus: $3.00/hr

Main Responsibilities
- Reception and Shipping:
- Confirm truck arrivals and departures in the reservation system.
- Check truck cleanliness, temperature, and load/unload trucks.
- Prepare shipments (US and Canada) according to the pick list provided by logistics.
- Verify delivery notes: quantity, weight, container quality, analysis certificates (# lot number).
- Enter shipped products in POMS and prepare shipping documentation (certificate of origin, commercial invoice) or receive in the system (POMS).
- Unpallet if necessary according to standards (plastic pallets for MP, fumigated or plastic pallets for AC).
- Provide the square root + 1 to the CTE for sampling (representative sample) if applicable.
- Ségréguer non-compliant material in the rejection zone.
- Receive parcels (FEDEX, PURO, etc.) and place on the pallet.
- Clean containers if necessary.
- Ensure security seal is placed on the trailer when necessary.
- Update the emergency list.
- Packing, Manufacturing, and Packaging:
- Inspect forklift and fill daily inspection sheet.
- Supply weighing rooms with raw materials or packaging lines according to the manufacturing order.
- Place predetermined raw materials in the hot room.
- Handle plastic pallets, move finished products, and organize storage.
- Perform line clearing when manufacturing order is completed.
- Change containers (totes) for recycling on lines.
- Handle returns and inventory withdrawals.
- Assist purchasing with supplier returns.
- Manage rejections (destruction or return to suppliers).
- Perform special sampling requests (DPS).
- Ségréguer raw materials (toxic, bases, acids, flammables).
- Manage fumigated pallets (min-max).
- Maintain the warehouse: organize pallets, cleanliness.
- Receive and ship mail.
- Conduct cycle counts.
- Report risks or suspected risks.
- Perform other related tasks.
- Basic Requirements
- Forklift license and minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with Raymond Reach forklift.
- Experience in data entry.
- Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
- Knowledge of S.I.M.D.U.T system.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods shipping (air and road) is a plus.
