Compensation: $31.72/hour

Night Bonus: $3.00/hr

Location: Baie D’Urfé, Canada

Main Responsibilities

1. Reception and Shipping:
2. Confirm truck arrivals and departures in the reservation system.
3. Check truck cleanliness, temperature, and load/unload trucks.
4. Prepare shipments (US and Canada) according to the pick list provided by logistics.
5. Verify delivery notes: quantity, weight, container quality, analysis certificates (# lot number).
6. Enter shipped products in POMS and prepare shipping documentation (certificate of origin, commercial invoice) or receive in the system (POMS).
7. Unpallet if necessary according to standards (plastic pallets for MP, fumigated or plastic pallets for AC).
8. Provide the square root + 1 to the CTE for sampling (representative sample) if applicable.
9. Ségréguer non-compliant material in the rejection zone.
10. Receive parcels (FEDEX, PURO, etc.) and place on the pallet.
11. Clean containers if necessary.
12. Ensure security seal is placed on the trailer when necessary.
13. Update the emergency list.
14. Packing, Manufacturing, and Packaging:
15. Inspect forklift and fill daily inspection sheet.
16. Supply weighing rooms with raw materials or packaging lines according to the manufacturing order.
17. Place predetermined raw materials in the hot room.
18. Handle plastic pallets, move finished products, and organize storage.
19. Perform line clearing when manufacturing order is completed.
20. Change containers (totes) for recycling on lines.
21. Handle returns and inventory withdrawals.
22. Assist purchasing with supplier returns.
23. Manage rejections (destruction or return to suppliers).
24. Perform special sampling requests (DPS).
25. Ségréguer raw materials (toxic, bases, acids, flammables).
26. Manage fumigated pallets (min-max).
27. Maintain the warehouse: organize pallets, cleanliness.
28. Receive and ship mail.
29. Conduct cycle counts.
30. Report risks or suspected risks.
31. Perform other related tasks.
32. Basic Requirements
33. Forklift license and minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with Raymond Reach forklift.
34. Experience in data entry.
35. Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
36. Knowledge of S.I.M.D.U.T system.
37. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
38. Knowledge of dangerous goods shipping (air and road) is a plus.
