Primary Responsibilities:

• Tagalog-Speaking Care: Provide companionship and conversation, creating a comforting and familiar environment for Tagalog-speaking clients.

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and other personal care tasks, always with dignity and respect.

• Meal Preparation & Light Housekeeping: Support clients with meal prep and housekeeping tasks to ensure their home remains a safe and pleasant place.

• Medication & Appointment Reminders: Help clients manage their medications and remind them of important appointments.

• Specialized Care: Provide Alzheimer’s care and support to clients with memory challenges.

• Respectful & Compassionate Care: Treat all clients and their property with the utmost respect, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tagalog Fluency: MUST be fluent in Tagalog to effectively communicate with Tagalog-speaking clients.

• English Proficiency: MUST be able to communicate in English, as all training, documentation, and communication with supervisors is conducted in English.

• Caregiving Experience: Previous experience providing senior care within Canada, particularly in personal care, Alzheimer’s care, and companionship.

• Driver’s License & Insurance: A valid driver’s license and vehicle are highly preferred

• Compassionate Professionalism: A caring, respectful attitude, with the ability to provide high-quality care to seniors in a professional manner.
