Location: Center Township, PA - Full-time

Pay Rate: starting at $17 per hour.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services; and private duty.

LIFE serves residents in Armstrong, Butler, Beaver, and Lawrence Counties. It is an all-inclusive program that helps individuals maintain independence at home through supportive services, offering person-centered care from medical support to adult day services.

The Caregiver is responsible for assisting participants with personal care activities, instrumental activities of daily living, and promoting increased independence. The role also involves reinforcing and complying with all rehabilitation initiatives and clinical modalities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license to visit clients at home and other sites.
• At least one (1) year of experience with the frail or elderly.
