This job is located in the City of El Dorado Hills.

Full-Time position, including at least one weekend day.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour.

Position Overview: Care Provider

The Care Provider is responsible for delivering personal assistance and daily care to residents, enhancing their independence and quality of life in alignment with our mission and values.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence, as specified in their care plans.
  • Respond promptly to residents' needs, maintaining their dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Report any changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to safety standards.
  • Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
Qualifications:
  • Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff, residents, and families.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and health screenings, including physical and TB tests.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccination, screening, and PPE, as per regulatory guidelines.
