Base pay range is determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, as well as help with household chores like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulation.

$19.00 - $21.11 per hour
