Job summary

A senior care service provider in the Metro Vancouver area is looking for caregivers to assist seniors with daily living activities and provide companionship. The ideal candidate is caring and compassionate, willing to learn, and preferably has experience working with seniors. The position offers a flexible schedule and a pay range of $22-$23 per hour, along with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping others and providing care.
• Able to learn new skills to assist clients.
• Must speak and write in English; other languages are a plus.
• Preferred experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Job Duties

• Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
• Assist with all instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
• Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset
• Experience working with seniors and the older adult (preferred)
